Delete your Ludus Magnus account

You can request deletion of your Ludus Magnus account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

Email support@ludusmagnus.fit from the email address connected to your Ludus Magnus account. Use the subject line "Delete my Ludus Magnus account".

Data deleted

We delete or anonymize your account profile, authentication identifiers, gym membership links, training plans, workout sessions, performed exercises, body weight measurements, and mobile app tokens where they are associated with your account.

Data retained

Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, accounting, dispute resolution, or fraud-prevention purposes. Retained records are limited to what is necessary and are kept only for the required period.

Timeline

We normally complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may ask for additional information if we cannot verify that the request comes from the account owner.
