Delete your Ludus Magnus account

You can request deletion of your Ludus Magnus account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

On the website: sign in, open Profile and choose Delete account. The account is deleted at once. If you own the billing account of a gym, give it to another person first: the website does not delete an account that owns one. Through your gym: when you cancel your subscription with your gym, and it is your only gym on Ludus Magnus, the gym can delete your account.

By email: write to support@ludusmagnus.fit from the email address connected to your Ludus Magnus account. Use the subject line "Delete my Ludus Magnus account".

Data deleted

We delete or anonymize your account profile (name, email address, date of birth, gender, height, phone number, and profile picture), authentication identifiers, gym membership links, training plans, training sessions, performed exercises, body weight measurements, and mobile app tokens where they are associated with your account.

Data retained

Backup copies of deleted data expire within 14 days. Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, accounting, dispute resolution, or fraud-prevention purposes. Retained records are limited to what is necessary and are kept only for the required period.

Timeline

Deletion on the website, or by your gym, happens at once. We complete verified requests by email within 30 days. We may ask for additional information if we cannot verify that the request comes from the account owner.
